Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Centre Manager to join our team at Fitness Table Calgary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage programs and services that meet the needs of our members and the community.
  • Provide technical and professional advice to staff and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our fitness centre.
  • Manage the daily operations of our fitness centre, including budgeting, revenue and expense monitoring, and contract negotiation.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and healthy environment for members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as recreation, fitness, or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role in a fitness or recreational organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
