Job Title: Fitness Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Centre Manager to join our team at Fitness Table Calgary.

Job Summary:

The Fitness Centre Manager will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and managing the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage programs and services to meet the needs of our members and the community.
  • Provide technical and professional advice to staff and members on fitness-related matters.
  • Manage the daily operations of the fitness centre, including budgeting, revenue and expense monitoring, and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure the fitness centre is a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the fitness centre.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Work Environment:

The Fitness Centre Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the effective management of the fitness centre.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
