We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Attendant to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our Food Services department, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning duties in the Main Kitchen, including operating pot washing machines and performing various cleaning tasks and waste disposal duties.
- Work collaboratively with the Food Services team to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Assist with receiving and storing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.
- Grade 10 education or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Demonstrated good personal cleanliness and manual skills.
- Ability to move heavy objects, withstand heat and steam, and walk/stand throughout the shift.
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
