Job Overview

EMCO Corporation is seeking highly motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our Management Development Program. This comprehensive program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role within our organization.

The Role

As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a 5-phase program that will take you through various aspects of our business operations, including:

  • Warehouse Logistics: Learn about our products and the supply chain process.
  • Operations: Gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, order management, and inventory control.
  • Inside Sales: Develop skills in project management, sales, and customer relationship building.
  • Outside Sales/Account Management: Learn how to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Supervisor: Take on a leadership role, providing strategic vision, mentoring others, and running the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Learn and apply business operations knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
