We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the month-end close activities and treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the month-end close activities, including coordination and communication with multiple business partners.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Coordinate the completion of the Trial Balance monthly package.
- Lead Monthly Financial close meetings with Finance Management and Global Business Solutions team.
- Identify risks and prepare potential adjustments for various reserves.
- Ownership and preparation of annual local unaudited statutory Financial Statements.
- Interpret and evaluate results, prepare analysis, documentation, and presentations to business partners.
- Assist with internal and external audits, financial research and analysis, written correspondence, memos, and assigned projects.
- Provide support for corporate tax and transfer pricing projects.
- SOX Processes Coordinator for Finance and Operations.
- Monitor the intercompany billing process, to ensure analysis and completeness of intercompany transactions.
- Ownership of the monthly cash flow forecast.
- Responsible for the administration of the pension documentation and payments.
- Member of the company's Canada Pension committee.
We are looking for a candidate with a CPA and at least 4-6 years of accounting experience in a global company. You should have management experience of month-end processes, account reconciliations, and analysis. Relevant industry experience from Pharmaceutical, CPG, Manufacturing etc. is a plus.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $95,000/year. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic office space with a collaborative and modern environment.
