Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular quality control checks on products and processes to identify and address any issues or defects.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality control issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain quality control records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or production role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment with frequent exposure to machinery and equipment. The ability to work in a team environment and to communicate effectively with production staff is essential.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 40-44 hour workweek.
