Are you an enthusiastic gamer eager to leverage your native language skills? PTW-Montreal is on the lookout for Localization QA Game Testers proficient in Castilian Spanish to be among the first to evaluate and provide insights on the localized versions of video games.

Position Type: On-call with full-time availability from Monday to Friday

Work Environment: In-office role based in Montreal, Quebec

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and pinpointing linguistic inaccuracies in Castilian Spanish
  • Ensuring adherence to the guidelines set by console manufacturers
  • Documenting bugs and discrepancies to improve game quality
  • Offering suggestions for enhancements and ensuring optimal game performance
  • Occasionally performing translations as required

Qualifications

  • Native-level command of Castilian Spanish
  • Strong grasp of Spanish cultural nuances
  • Proficient in English
  • Basic French communication skills
  • Computer proficiency, especially with Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and familiarity with software
