As a Food Service Director, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our unit, providing direction to staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to deliver services and production at the expected level. You'll also coordinate scheduling, manage costs, resolve requests and complaints, and monitor compliance with Quality Assurance and Health & Safety policies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a college diploma in hospitality or food service, or equivalent experience. You'll also require 3 years of relevant experience in the food service or hospitality industry, as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements:**

* College diploma in hospitality or food service, or equivalent experience
* 3 years of relevant experience in the food service or hospitality industry
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Basic financial and budgeting skills
* Solid written and verbal communication skills in French and English
* Proven organizational, time management, and leadership skills
