Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. You will also be responsible for operating industrial vacuum cleaners, emptying trash cans, and performing safety and security checks.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
