Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant II to join our team at Lawtons. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing prescriptions, and performing various administrative tasks. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process prescriptions, including data entry and customer transactions
  • Receive and record refill requests, and manage inventory
  • Assist with compounding, pill pack assembly, and filing prescriptions
  • Perform administrative duties, including cycle counts and narcotic counts
  • Assist with other pharmacy operations as required

Requirements

  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate, or other Pharmacy Recognized program
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
