Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our immigration consultants and assist with various tasks related to client intake, document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Intake and Document Preparation
    • Assist with client intake and onboarding process
    • Prepare and review client documents, including immigration applications and supporting materials
  • Case Management
    • Assist with case management and coordination with clients and stakeholders
    • Update and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to immigration consultants, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
    • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
