About the Role

Crew Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to manage financial records and perform tasks such as journal entries and account postings.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Work Environment: Urban area with public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
