Job Overview

Kelly-Boy Maintenance Inc. is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Specialist to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset
Work Environment

The position involves working primarily outdoors, engaging in various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate debris, dirt, and refuse
  • Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor adjustments and repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for major repairs
  • Conduct safety and security inspections
  • Show available apartments and offices to potential tenants
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies
  • Adhere to safety protocols
Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Tools and Equipment
