Your Role:

Based in our Calgary office, we are seeking a mid-level Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure the efficient movement of freight across North America and beyond, aligning with our clients' requirements.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding Operations team, maintaining clear communication with fellow team members and Traffic Tech staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with vendors
  • Engaging in negotiations with shippers and carriers
  • Monitoring shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Preparing necessary shipping documentation
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with clients and carriers
  • Performing minor accounting tasks and data entry

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the logistics industry is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with flexibility
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to work diligently while enjoying the process
