Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at HarbourMac Construction. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring that surfaces are even and smooth.
- Assist in demolishing buildings, using heavy machinery and equipment as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring that they are properly maintained and operated.
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
As a Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors in a variety of settings, including rural areas and construction sites. You will be exposed to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
