Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Leader to join our Technology Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams and providing support and accountability for IT-based design projects and hands-on implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of IT-based design projects and hands-on implementations on time and on budget.
- Coordinate with other Group Leaders and Team Leaders to resource and support the team.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our services directly with existing clients and new clients.
- Develop new service offerings for our clients within your area of expertise.
- Act as a subject matter expert to the team and our clients.
- Project Management for select key and critical projects.
- Mentor, guide, and identify training plans and growth strategies for the Technology Services group.
- Build and foster relationships within our organization and externally that align with our corporate values of FITT – Fun, Initiative, Trust, and Technical Excellence.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to help our clients and build consensus across our entire organization.
- A 3-year college diploma or University level degree in a related field of study.
- Active certifications with Cisco or other recognized industry standards considered an asset.
- Knowledge and understanding of industrial networks, protocols, and practices considered an asset.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience with direct management and supervision of others considered an asset.
- Compensation commensurate based upon experience.
