We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead of Programming to join our team at The Royal Mental Health Centre. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment programs for our forensic patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans that are grounded in research evidence and best practice.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to clinicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to foster a culture of quality improvement and excellence.
- Lead the development of new programming and services to meet the needs of our forensic patient population.
- Participate in organizational committees focused on clinical research, program evaluation, and quality improvement.
- Doctorate from a CPA/APA accredited clinical psychology program.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
- CPA/APA accredited internship/residency in forensic psychology.
- Three to five years of experience working as a forensic psychologist.
We offer a competitive salary range of $71.60 (plus an additional 8% stipend) and a comprehensive benefits package.
