We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans and strategies in grocery stores across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute retail merchandising plans and strategies in grocery stores, including resets and relines.
  • Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves, including adjusting shelf heights and movement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management and assigned merchandisers.
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.

**Requirements:**

  • Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable working with technology, including smart phones and tablets.
  • Prior experience in grocery or big box store retail merchandising is preferred.
  • Planogram experience is preferred, with training available.
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
