We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Financial Services team. As a key member of our Client Relationship Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert financial advice and solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a client contact strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and services to clients
Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking or financial services
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
