Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2204774 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
