Retail Store Manager

Tipton's Your Independent Grocer is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business demands
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Tipton's Your Independent Grocer is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be working in a urban area, in a retail business setting. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 people, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
