Bricklayer Specialist

Cruzeiro Bricklayers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bricklayer to join our team. As a Bricklayer, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials.
Key Responsibilities- Construction and Repair: Build and repair structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials.
- Material Calculation: Read blueprints and sketches to calculate the required materials for a project.
- Work at Heights: Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages to complete tasks.
- Tool Operation: Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks using hand and power tools.
- Team Collaboration: Instruct apprentices and work as part of a team to complete projects.
As a Bricklayer, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often at heights and in various weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to complete tasks.
Requirements- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the trade and no formal education is required.
- Personal Qualities: Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
