Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, prepare, heat and finish simple food items, and portion and wrap foods.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, and restock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, and sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
