As a Service Truck Driver, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, balancing, and rotating commercial and OTR tires both on-site and in-store.
  • Conducting repairs on commercial and automotive tires safely and efficiently.
  • Inspecting tires and wheels for proper inflation, wear patterns, tread depth, and more.
  • Responding to initial service requests.
  • Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS).
  • Ensuring all tools, equipment, and supplies are returned in good condition to their designated locations.
  • Operating company and customer vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Delivering accurate and professional customer service.
  • Maintaining tire service equipment in optimal condition.
  • Understanding and following safe operational procedures for all equipment.

What qualifications are needed for this role?

  • Expertise in commercial and OTR tires is essential.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to tackle any tire-related task.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a satisfactory driver's abstract to demonstrate responsible driving.
  • The role may involve unpredictable conditions, including physical demands and varying weather, so resilience is key.
