- Achieve or surpass monthly revenue goals established by management
- Meet or exceed minimum sales appointment targets set by management
- Address customer inquiries through professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Foster community engagement by organizing lead boxes at local businesses to enhance club visibility
- Develop and cultivate new corporate partnerships to boost revenue
- Actively participate in community events to build relationships and marketing opportunities
- Prepare and present daily sales reports to management
- Engage in events to generate new sales, including trade shows, open houses, and member appreciation nights
- Maintain an understanding of Gold's Gym's history, facilities, and policies
- Attend sales meetings as required by management
- Strong enthusiasm for fitness and a desire to learn and grow
- Driven to meet sales objectives set by management
- Sales experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
