- Inventory Control: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
- Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
This role requires the ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks effectively.

Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
