About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Electrician Assistant to join our team at Bawa Electric Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our electricians and construction workers on various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Salvage and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, under the supervision of experienced operators.
  • Team Support: Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
