About the RoleWe are seeking skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologists to provide high-quality care to patients in various facilities. Our team promotes wellness and provides healthcare to Albertans every day. We value diversity and are committed to attracting, engaging, and developing a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia services for a range of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, and gynecology/obstetrics.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative anesthetic care.
- Participate in academic and research activities, including teaching and simulation.
- Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified medical doctor with specialist certification in anesthesiology and eligible for independent practice through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. You must also have demonstrated the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team, superior interpersonal communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering innovative anesthetic care.
