About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Advise senior management on business development opportunities and challenges
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with clients and partners
  • Direct committees and working groups to achieve business objectives
  • Plan, develop, and implement communication strategies to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Supervise professional staff, program leaders, and instructors to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and information to inform business decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
  • Fluency in English
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 30 hours per week
