About the Role

Paper Excellence is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and productivity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Planning and Scheduling
    • Review and prioritize work requests to ensure accurate and timely completion of planned and corrective work.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our maintenance operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Act as the primary liaison between maintenance and operations planning to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Work closely with maintenance supervisors, production supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Resource Management
    • Identify and secure necessary resources, including materials, tools, and labor, to support maintenance operations.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our maintenance budget and ensure effective cost management.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement
    • Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance operations and improve overall plant performance.
