Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily administrative functions, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate mail delivery and ensure timely communication within the team.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Organize and manage filing systems for documents and reports.
  • Schedule staff rotations in collaboration with management.
  • Support residents and maintain familiarity with their needs.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as accounts payable and receivable under supervision.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of high school and relevant coursework in Office Management or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with electronic payroll and scheduling systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Home and Community Care sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check and negative TB Skin Test required.
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccinations or an approved exemption.

Compensation: Starting at $30.54 per hour, aligned with provincial wage standards.
