Responsibilities:

* Review project opportunities and develop a synopsis to inform a bid/no bid decision
* Coordinate and develop RFP responses focused on transmission, substation, distribution, telecommunication, survey or fabrication scopes
* Work with engineering in the editing and writing of technical project reports/manuals in support of project execution
* Provide support in sourcing opportunities, gathering information, developing win strategies and differentiators with the goal of strengthening proposal content and presenting a consistent brand with a consistent message to our clients

Requirements:

* Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering; or a combination of relevant previous education and experience
* 2+ years as a Tender Coordinator, or lateral, experience within the Engineering or Utilities industries
* Project Management experience and/or training is considered an asset
* Demonstrated technical writing experience
* Demonstrated experience in working in a schedule driven environment
