NEOSUN Energy is an international Solar EPC company that provides Commercial Solar PV & Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) with capacity from 200kW to 10MW for Commercial and Industrial projects worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our global presence.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a strong background in solar energy.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluent or native English language skills (C1+).
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related discipline (an advantage).
