About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Midas. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present estimates to customers, ensuring accurate and transparent pricing.
  • Interpret inspection results and present findings to customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listening to and addressing customer concerns.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve success.
  • Maximize retail sales and shop profitability, meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform tire installations, repairs, and oil services, as well as battery installations and visual safety inspections.

Requirements

  • General automotive knowledge and 1 year of experience in the industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
