Our geotechnical division is recognized for its expertise in geotechnical and materials engineering consulting. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing geotechnical investigation and design projects from initiation to completion;
  • Delivering geotechnical engineering solutions for subsurface investigations and analyses;
  • Creating, leading, and executing comprehensive geotechnical field programs;
  • Formulating project scopes and drafting proposals for geotechnical initiatives;
  • Conducting and supervising various data analyses and related reporting;
  • Ensuring quality control of deliverables in line with company standards and industry best practices;
  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Participating in and leading multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic support to management regarding resource allocation;
  • Contributing to business development efforts and influencing the future direction of our consulting services.

Your Capabilities and Credentials:

  • University graduate with a Degree in Geotechnical, Geological, or Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering (master's degree preferred);
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, showcasing a successful project leadership history;
  • A solid foundation in applying geotechnical engineering principles to address complex challenges;
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, analytical, and leadership abilities;
  • Proven ability to work effectively and lead within a team environment;
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required;
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
