Lufa Farms Warehouse Operations Associate

Become an integral part of our team at the VSL Logistics Center as a warehouse operations associate. Your role will be crucial in our endeavor to transform the food industry by managing and distributing premium local goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately selecting, packing, and dispatching products;
  • Portioning bulk items and preparing customer orders;
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization within the warehouse;
  • Potential for career advancement into supervisory roles as you develop your skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Reliability and punctuality;
  • Good physical fitness with the capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lb. and walk significant distances daily;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English or French;
  • Ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure situations;
  • Commitment to maintaining the quality and safety of food products;
  • Familiarity with technology, including iPads and computers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the food or agricultural sector;
  • Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time role (40 hours/week) with standard hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
