Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reception Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Reception Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Phone Handling: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, minimizing hold times.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in English (bilingualism is an asset).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
