Job Summary

Viva Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled EDI Integration Specialist to join our team. As an EDI Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting EDI document testing, partnering with internal and external teams to ensure successful EDI document integration for all trade partners in scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough EDI document testing to ensure seamless integration with trade partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve EDI-related issues and improve integration processes
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic NAV/BC and the EDI lifecycle, including partner engagement, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical expertise in EDI standards, protocols, and/or data mapping tools to support EDI solution implementation
  • Assist end customers with planning, designing, and implementing their Aptean EDI solution

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with experience in EDI standards, protocols, and/or data mapping tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
