Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Overall Success of the Business Continuity Management Function
  • Ensure Compliance with Governing Regulations and Internal Policies
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise and Control Function Oversight for Vendors
  • Work Closely with Senior Management to Create and Manage a Comprehensive Enterprise-Wide BCM Third-Party Risk Management Program
  • Champion a Customer-Focused Culture and Deepen Client Relationships
  • Complete Third-Party Risk Management Contract Reviews and Provide Recommendations to Contract Owners and Vendors
  • Support the Senior Manager of TPRM as a Subject Matter Expert and Focus on the Ongoing Maintenance and Continuous Improvement of the Third-Party Risk Management Function
  • Lead and Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders on Processes Focused on Third-Party Risk Management
  • Contribute to and/or Review Communication Material and TPRM Documents
  • Provide TPRM Training to Contract Owners and Share Best Practices
  • Understand and Apply the Bank's Risk Appetite and Risk Culture in Day-to-Day Activities and Decisions
  • Support Ad-Hoc Activities to Represent the TPRM Team to a Wider Audience
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience in a Due Diligence/Compliance/Regulatory Management Function
  • Demonstrated Capabilities in Managing and Planning Activities Related to Third-Party Risk Management
  • Hands-On Reporting Experience (MS Office, Power BI)
  • CBCP Certification Preferred
  • Good Experience in Training, Coaching, and Mentoring Team Members
  • Relationship Building with Senior Executives and Stakeholders
  • Strong Background and Experience in Projects and Stakeholder Management
  • Flexible and Creative Thinker with the Ability to Define Business Trade-Offs and Manage Uncertainty
  • Ability to Prioritize Against Many Competing Interests in an Environment of Constant Change
  • Experience and Participation in Internal and External Audits, Specifically with Regulators
  • Spanish is a Must (Bilingual Role)
