Physical Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages incoming calls and executes complete reservation processes, aiming to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Analyzes booking patterns and contributes to strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Supervises, trains, and evaluates all reservation operations, ensuring adherence to established company protocols and standards.
- Identifies guest needs and offers practical recommendations to enrich their experience at our destination.
- Guarantees that all guest inquiries are addressed in accordance with established guidelines.
- Oversees the Reservations Agents, providing mentorship to foster skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Fosters a unified Front Office team with shared responsibility regarding scheduling, task distribution, and business demands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in Reservations or Front Office operations.
- Committed to working collaboratively within a dynamic team focused on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera.
- Professional demeanor with a strong dedication to exceptional guest service and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Detail-oriented individual with a keen focus on accuracy and numerical data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside excellent problem-solving capabilities.
