Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, including verifying inventory and completing paperwork
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all goods are properly secured and accounted for
  • Manage inventory levels, including conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Operate a forklift to move goods and materials around the warehouse
  • Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a shipping and receiving or warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
