We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Counsellor to join our team at SC Education Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Career Guidance: Provide expert guidance to students and clients on post-secondary education options, career paths, and personal development strategies.
  • Counselling and Support: Offer one-on-one counselling and support to help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their academic and career goals.
  • Program Development and Delivery: Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver educational programs and workshops that cater to the needs of our clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our team, clients, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a related field, such as education, counselling, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Counselling Specialization: A specialization in career or post-secondary training orientation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large caseload.
