Cafeteria Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Amato Gelato Cafe. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, receiving and storing deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, and addressing customer complaints.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and reports to support the financial management of the cafeteria.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
- Certifications: ProServe program certification.
