Cafeteria Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Amato Gelato Cafe. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high standards of quality, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
- Certifications: ProServe program certification.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
