About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Twin Peaks Home Care Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning activities are coordinated and aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and residential properties.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
