We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at TEN DIAMONDS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor and control the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met and that the team is working towards common goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 75 to 85 hours bi-weekly
