Retail Merchandiser

As a Retail Merchandiser with Hallmark, you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's presence in mass channel accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Hallmark departments are well-stocked, visually appealing, and meet the company's merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Support merchandising services with inventory management and merchandising activities in assigned retail accounts.
- Maintain scheduled service visits and stay within set budgets.
- Follow merchandising plans, productivity standards, and schedules provided.
- Provide additional support to cover vacant accounts, holiday periods, and seasonal peak demand periods.
- Assist with department revisions, remerchandising, relocations, and new store installations as required.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Territory Managers to ensure current knowledge of upcoming programs and in-store activities.
- Liaise with account management as a Hallmark representative relative to scheduled service calls and build/maintain strong working relationships with account level management.
- Communicate clearly with Territory Managers, ensuring accounts are being serviced and merchandised to meet or exceed retail standards.
- High School Diploma
- Experience in retail environment beneficial
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong knowledge of Smartphone technology and ability to effectively manage an email account
