Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established quality and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure that they are adequate to meet the needs of the maintenance team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in maintenance operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
