About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Boulangerie Chazal inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including bread, pastries, and desserts
  • Bake and decorate products to meet our high standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure smooth production
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and manual dexterity
  • Physically demanding role with overtime required
