About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at École les Dynamix. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop training and practice sessions to meet the needs of our athletes
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance to determine their suitability for our program
Requirements
  • Level 3 Certificate in Coaching
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
